Milia (Hard white/yellow spots)
Small white or yellow lumps on the skin. Typically found on the face, commonly around eyes but can occur on any part of the body. They are small cysts filled with a protein called Keratin and are completely harmless. They can disappear on their own over time but most people will want to remove them.
You cannot do this yourself without causing trauma to your skin as it not an open pore and the skin needs to be broken to remove the cyst. Most people will probably get Milia at some point in their lives.
